Shredded Stack

AOD-9604 + MOTS-C + Tesamorelin · Peptide Pen Shredded

Three-compound metabolic research stack targeting lipolysis (AOD-9604), mitochondrial metabolism (MOTS-C), and visceral adiposity (Tesamorelin).

MECHANISM OF ACTION

The Shredded Stack combines three complementary fat-reduction mechanisms: AOD-9604 directly stimulates β3-adrenergic lipolysis in adipocytes without IGF-1 elevation. MOTS-C activates AMPK to enhance fat oxidation, improve insulin sensitivity, and increase resting metabolic rate. Tesamorelin stimulates pulsatile GH to specifically target visceral adipose tissue (the FDA-approved mechanism). Together: direct fat cell breakdown (AOD) + enhanced metabolic efficiency (MOTS-C) + visceral fat GH signalling (Tesamorelin) - three mechanistically distinct pathways operating in parallel.

RESEARCH APPLICATIONS

  • Multi-mechanism adipose tissue research protocol
  • Visceral adiposity reduction (abdominal fat)
  • Body recomposition research - lean mass preservation concurrent with adipose reduction
  • Metabolic rate enhancement without stimulants
  • Type 2 diabetes-adjacent metabolic research

RESEARCH HIGHLIGHTS

Complementary Fat Loss Mechanisms

AOD-9604 (lipolysis, no IGF-1 elevation), MOTS-C (AMPK/metabolic rate), Tesamorelin (visceral GH signal) provide three distinct, non-overlapping fat-reduction pathways.
